Shipping Information

Estimated Delivery Times

  • United States: 5–7 business days
  • International Orders: 10–14 business days

Orders are usually shipped on the next business day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday are typically processed on Monday (excluding U.S. postal holidays).

We ship using UPS or FedEx, with USPS completing the final delivery for U.S. orders. Once your package ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery status.

Delivery Responsibility

If a tracking number shows your package as delivered but it cannot be located, the customer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier. Orders confirmed as delivered cannot be replaced or refunded. Please ensure a safe delivery location, as signatures are not required.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or refused delivery, a refund will be issued minus shipping fees after the product is returned to our fulfillment center.

Returns & Refund Policy (Physical Products)

All physical products are covered by a 180-day money-back guarantee. To receive a refund, all bottles must be returned—including empty, partially used, and any free bonus bottles.

Returned packages must include a note with:

  • ClickBank Order ID
  • Full name and shipping address
  • Email address and phone number
  • Original packing slip (if available)

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once the return is received and verified, refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.

International Orders

International shipments include a $30 shipping fee per product, which is non-refundable. Product costs may be refunded once items are returned according to policy. Any customs duties or import taxes are determined by local authorities and must be paid by the customer.
